Lola is an overflowing ray of sunshine - her beauty and joy radiate endlessly. She lights the room with her bubbly character and her contagious smile. On December 30th, 2023 her family received a devastating news that their two year old miracle child, Ellora "Lola", was diagnosed with B Cell Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia (B-ALL). One of our very amazing followers, who is a PICU-ICU nurse, knew first hand how much Brave Gowns help children so she donated a Brave Gown to Lola.
Lola absolutely loved getting to wear her "pretty dress" for her hospital stay. When she had an accident, she had to go back to wearing the standard hospital gowns until they wash her Brave Gown and she was not happy. She said it’s itchy. Every child in the hospital deserves Brave Gown to make them feel special. Lola is so excited to help other cancer children and children at her receive pretty gowns!
